Pub Play
the WAY Game

Focus Question - How can WAY be played outside of school?

Host the WAY Game

Talk Show Audience

Learn HOW to play. Be a Host as a side gig. Organize games in a Community Center or Pub. Recruit family and friends, then expand. You control the when and how of the Game. Provide promotion and a fee structure.

One Round of the WAY Game has seven games, and you don't know who you will play with or against or what game you'll be playing.

Serious teams will recruit Renaissance players who are good at many things.

If you have a team of Renaissance Ringers, please say so. Write RR on your WAY Card. Track your wins and loses in the boxes on WAY Cards.

Letter of Introduction to Bar Owner

Subject: Exciting New Event Idea: WAY Game Pub Night

Dear [Bar Owner's Name],

I hope this message finds you well! My name is [Your Name], and I’m an entrepreneur who is passionate about creating fun, engaging experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways. I’d love to introduce a new concept for your venue: WAY Game Pub Night, an interactive social gaming event designed to connect players while they discover their hidden gifts and talents.

The event involves teams of players competing in seven fun games (trivia, drawing, acting, physical challenges, etc.), all aimed at building skills and fostering social connections. The best part? It’s designed to be high-energy, fast-paced, and a great reason for people to keep coming back to your pub.

Here’s why it’s a win for your venue:

  • Increased Traffic: Teams come to play, eat, and drink, leading to higher customer engagement.

  • A Unique Experience: We’ll create a memorable, enjoyable atmosphere that will encourage word-of-mouth marketing for your bar.

  • Repeat Business: As players create connections and enjoy the competition, they’ll want to return for more events.

I’d love to discuss how we can partner and run a trial night at your venue. Feel free to contact me at [Your Contact Info], and I’ll be happy to provide additional details.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
